Investment Fund Announces Acceptance for Graduate Development Program 2023

The Saudi Investment Fund has announced the start of acceptance into the Graduate Development Program 2023 for Master’s and Bachelor’s degree holders in various specializations. The investment fund aims to attract and develop national talents to meet the current and future needs of the labor market. Applicants undergo theoretical and practical training, and successful candidates graduate to obtain job opportunities provided by the Kingdom in line with Vision 2030.

Graduate Development Program 2023

Application to the Graduate Development Program, affiliated with the Saudi Investment Fund, is done through several stages over a period of 10 months, starting with academic training, followed by professional training. Participants also enjoy various benefits during the training period. Applications can be submitted through the website from 23 Muharram 1445, equivalent to 10th August 2023.

Public Investment Fund Graduate Development Program

The Public Investment Fund launches this program annually in collaboration with a number of universities and international training institutions to provide graduates with the necessary skills to start their professional careers. The program offers world-class training, learning and working opportunities, along with a certification upon completion of the training, a monthly allowance, health insurance, and paid leave.

Program Acceptance Criteria

Applications are open to all Saudi nationals holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with the following conditions:

• Being a Saudi national.
• Achieving a cumulative GPA of at least 3.75 out of 5 or its equivalent.
• Recent graduates with no more than two years of experience.
• Proficiency in English with a minimum score of six in the IELTS test or its equivalent.
• Being responsible and ready for available job opportunities.
• Capable of working in a collaborative team environment.
• Open to learning and working in challenging environments.
• Commitment to all program requirements.

• Access the programs and choose the Graduate Development Program.
• Familiarize yourself with the conditions and requirements, and proceed to apply now.
• Enter the required data such as name, gender, date of birth, and nationality.
• Provide a contact number, upload the curriculum vitae, and answer the questions.
• Submit the application after uploading the required documents.

The Graduate Development Program, under the Saudi Investment Fund’s Academy, was established in 2017 as one of the Fund’s key programs to enhance human capital capabilities in the Kingdom, aligning with the aspirations and vision of Saudi Arabia 2030.
