Ministry of Foreign Affairs Announces Visa-Free Entry for Travelers to the UAE
The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs has identified the travelers who can enter the UAE without a prior visa. The ministry stated that travelers from nationals of 58 countries around the world do not need to obtain a visa prior to visiting the UAE.

Discover the visitors exempted from the need for a visa to enter the United Arab Emirates, as the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs has compiled a list of the nationalities of individuals allowed to visit the UAE without a visa. According to this list, citizens of 58 different countries do not need a visa to enter the UAE.
Travelers Allowed to Enter the UAE Without a Visa
Travelers are allowed to enter the UAE without a visa, in addition to citizens of GCC countries, citizens of 31 EU countries and the Schengen area, as well as citizens of 20 other countries, who are dealt with according to ministerial decisions. Citizens of three other countries, who are treated reciprocally, are eligible to enter the UAE without a prior visa. This rule applies to all citizens of these countries.
Visa-Free Entry for 90 Days
Foreign nationals are allowed to enter the UAE without a visa for a period of 90 days. The visitors from other countries who do not require a visa to enter the UAE for a stay of up to 90 days have been determined, according to the visa exemption tables published recently on the ministry’s website. Citizens of EU and Schengen countries are not required to obtain entry visas to the country based on the principle of reciprocity, as announced recently by the ministry. These 31 countries are: Germany, Netherlands, Italy, France, Luxembourg, Sweden, Ireland, Switzerland, Croatia, Austria, Norway, Poland, Denmark, Slovakia, Greece, Portugal, Finland, Spain, Liechtenstein, Latvia, Slovenia, and Iceland, the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Cyprus, Estonia, Malta, and Montenegro, members of the European Union. Citizens of these countries holding diplomatic, official, service, or regular passports are exempt from the requirement for a pre-entry visa to visit the country and can stay there for a period not exceeding ninety days.
Visa-Free Entry for 30 Days
Foreign nationals are allowed to enter the UAE without a visa for a period of 30 days. Visitors who do not require a visa for a stay of up to 30 days in the UAE, according to the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs, citizens of 20 countries holding regular passports can enter the UAE without a prior visa, and stay for a period not exceeding 30 days, according to ministerial decisions. These twenty countries are Andorra, Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Monaco, San Marino, Singapore, Canada, Malaysia, Brunei, the Vatican City, Japan, the Republic of Ireland, the Republic of Korea, the United Kingdom, and Hong Kong.
Foreign Visitors Allowed to Enter the UAE Based on Reciprocity
Visitors from other countries who are welcomed in the UAE on the basis of reciprocity, according to the principle of reciprocity, individuals from three other countries holding regular passports are allowed to enter the UAE. These countries are Seychelles, the Bahamas, and Argentina.
Entry System for Travelers Coming from GCC Countries to the UAE
Entry procedures for visitors to the UAE coming from GCC member countries, when traveling to the UAE, citizens of GCC member countries do not need an entry visa or sponsor, once they arrive at one of the entry points to the country, they will need to show either a passport issued by one of the GCC member countries or an identity card in order to be allowed to enter the country. In order to achieve its vision of being a leading model in customer service globally, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation has arrived at the conclusion that the visa issuance process should be easier.
